Chateau du Tariquet Floc de Gascogne Blanc 17%

Serve:
Well chilled anytime during the day, as an appetizer, with foie gras, mellon or dessert.
Tasting commentary by sommelier Francis Miquel:
Very fine, rich, superb aroma.
During aeration an explosion Of exotic fruits, apricots, citrusy hints and an intense sensation of very ripe fresh grapes. Ample and generous taste. A fine example of balance, richness and freshness.
The finish is there, almost excessive, bringing back for a last time its exceptional fruity character. A truly great Floc de Gascogne where the skill and wish to do well reminds us that here again Yves Grassa, the "Sorcerer" is hiding behind his creation. Ideal with a liquorice dessert. Serving temperature: 6 to 8° C.

Chateau du Tariquet Floc de Gascogne Rose 17%

Serve :
Well chilled anytime during the day, as an appetizer, with foie gras, mellon or dessert.
Tasting commentary by cellarman Francis Miquel:
Discreet aromas of prunes, spices that evolve during aeration towards red fruits (cherry). A tender taste, supple, possessing a beautiful sweetness, without heaviness, just for pleasure.
Pleasant recurrence of aromas of kirsh, very clean finish with prune overtones.
A serious Floc de Gascogne of which one can say that it is a true drinking winee besides being a delicious aperitif. It can easily become a dessert wine to accompany a “tarte tatin” (open face apple pie).
Serving temperature: 6 to 8° C.

Gentiane Salers 16% 1000ml

SALERS :
Salers is proud of being the only one of the three great gentian liqueur brands to not have modified its original recipe.Created in the late 19th century by Alfred Labounoux, he was able to make a shrewd blend of aromatic plants to prepare this gentian before-dinner drink, which brought him fame.Salers is made only with wild gentian root (gentiana lutea) from the Auvergne region’s heights; the roots are sorted, ground and used to make an infusion. This infusion is distilled together with a great many plants. It then ages in great tanks made in oak from the French Massif Central region. It is drunk pure, over ice.
