Fleur de sureau has been a home liqueur macerated in spring in France when the Elderflower tree looks like a snow tree, from its many enormous grapes of flowers, growing in ruins of castles or modest farms. The tradition has almost been lost. Enjoy the revival on its own to get to know the exact unusual taste before you “cocktail” it.
Color: Nice light color with some soft green glint.
Nose: Large variety of floral and fruity notes, sweet and exotic, slightly peppery.
Mouth: Very expressive, with the same exotic notes of slightly acid lychee.
Serve chilled or in a cocktail. Very refreshing, this drink will please everyone. -
