You immediately recognize its age. It is rich, smooth, not at all heavy; rising slowly to flaunt the pervasive aromas of violets, earth and ripened fruits. It takes its fullness, affirming its length of time maturing in its oak barrel. The bouquet continues, filling the palate, lavishly, rich, vivid and radiant, made from a grape of an excellent quality, product of this specific soil, with a well respected light wooden aroma melting into an elegant harmony. A great Cognac. A superb Borderies.
