Inverallan
-
Inverarity Blended Scotch Whisky 700ml 40%
Colour: Deep amber
Aroma:
This whisky comes wrapped in silk – yet there is a big character here. The peat, honey and grassy Speyside lightness all hang together in perfect balance with the essence of warming grain.
Taste:
Immediately opens up on the palate and swamps the taste buds with intense toffee malt – rich textured and oily – counter balanced by an elegant fruitiness, hint of apple and a slightly smoky overtone.
Finish:
Perilously smooth, long and filled with complex flavours.

Inverarity Islay Malt 8 years 40% 700ml
Colour: Bright gold
Aroma:
A very big, powerful aroma combining seaweed, salt, smoke, even polished oak and roses - extremely complex. A classic Islay.
Taste:
The dominating characteristic flavour is smoke in this rich full bodied malt with an astonishingly fresh and elegant counter balance - toasted almonds, olives, salty, peppery - all very tightly combined and beautifully balanced.
Finish:
A very expressive finish - oily, smoky and warming.

Inverarity Speyside Highland Single Malt 10 years 40% 700ml
Colour: Pale straw
Aroma:
A warm, clean, fragrant embrace of flavours: lightly perfumed with hints of honey intermingled with nuances of clover, fresh hay and grass.
Taste:
Creamy and smooth with a well rounded, medium to full body. Beginning with an elegant, fruity-perfumed sweetness and developing into a rich intense malt with a subtle sensation of peat.
Finish:
Refined, long lasting and fulfilling - a dram that is equally at home as an appetiser or as a relaxing after dinner malt.
(Silver Medal IWSC 2001) -
Inverarity Ancestral Single Malt Whisky 14 years (Sherry cask) 40% 700ml
Colour: Sherry topaz
Aroma:
Rich sherry at first, followed through by a malty nuttiness with the added complexity of raisins and dates.
Taste:
The rich velvet texture is enhanced by an all consuming taste sensation - undertones of marmalade, nuts, spice and shades of oak give an overall appeal of a big, oily, robust, and very memorable malt.
Finish:
Savour a long finish of great depth and complexity.
