Cerbaco, Massenez, Bacardi & Paramount Liquor proudly presents the Queensland 2024 Massenez-Bacardi Cocktail competition, exclusively for Northern NSW and Queensland bartenders.

This exciting competition lets you showcase your bartending brilliance by crafting an extraordinary cocktail inspired by the Queensland vibe or your personal or professional experience in the state of Queensland.

Starting with an Instagram competition, 6 finalists will be selected to compete in our final at La Luna Beach Club, in the Gold Coast. A vibrant experience awaits these six finalists, with the ultimate winner claiming a cash prize of $1200 and a hotel getaway!

2023 Massenez Cocktail Competition

Concept

Unleash your creativity and let your taste buds lead the way in concocting the perfect fusion of flavours.

Craft a unique cocktail recipe inspired by Queensland, using Massenez Liqueurs in combination with one of Bacardi’s Rum, Bombay Gin, Grey Goose Vodka or Patron Tequila.

How To Enter

STEP 1: SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION

Post on Instagram a photo or video of your Cocktail.

Add the hashtags #MassenezBacardiCompetition,

#Massenez150 & #Bacardi

REQUIREMENTS -

Follow and tag @massenez_au, @bacardi & @paramountliquor on Instagram.
Use 20ml of either Bacardi Rum, Bombay Sapphire Gin, Grey Goose Vodka, or Patron Tequila.
Use 10ml minimum of Massenez Liqueur.
You must have an existing Paramount Liquor account.
Ensure that the bottles of the brands used are visible in the cocktail photo or video.
Include all measurements (in ml's) of your cocktail recipe.
Provide a brief explanation of the inspiration behind your cocktail.

Please ensure that your Instagram account is set to public during the selection period.

The competition is open to Queensland and Byron

Bay/Northern Rivers bartenders only.

STEP 2: COCKTAIL COMPETITION

Showcase your creation and talent during the Final at La Luna Beach Club in the Gold Coast on May 7th,

2024.

Paramount will arrange transportation for individuals in the hospitality industry from Byron Bay and Brisbane to the final event in the Gold Coast. To secure your spot on the buses, please reach out to your Paramount representative for registration.

During the competition, each of the 6 finalists will be tasked with creating two cocktails—one for their Instagram entry and one featuring products from a mystery box.

Each finalist will have two cocktails auctioned off for charity.
