Backwoods Distilling Co. is a craft whisky distillery located in the Victorian high country region. Working from our Yackandandah property, we handcraft whisky and spirits in small batches using locally sourced ingredients, spring water and a diverse selection of reclaimed barrels. Our aim is to create high-quality spirits that celebrate a unique flavour that only the Victorian High Country region can offer.We established our small batch distillery in 2017 after years of research, distillery visits and tasting whisky from all over the world.
