Jacques Tissot created his Domaine in 1962 with a plot Inherited from his father, and the first vintage of Vin Jaune ( A Xeres method of vinification of the Savagnin grape ) sees the day in 1969, mythical year. The Domaine is in reasoned cultivation: minimal use of plant protection products thanks to the tillage and the grinding of the plots. The vineyard is more natural, reinvested by many insects, a sign Life and biodiversity. Besides being very good at wine Jacques Tissot is excellent at Macvin, White or Rose ( Mistelle) and Marc (Grappa/pomace brandy).
